Moncks Corner — A 56-year-old man who once led a youth singing group in the Goose Creek area appeared in bond court Friday on charges that he molested a half-dozen boys decades earlier.

I was encouraged by your story that 9th Circuit Solicitor Scarlett Wilson has initiated an investigation of the lone juror who deadlocked the criminal trial of accused killer Ashante Wright. This story is particularly galling in view of the fact that someone pumped seven slugs from a 9 mm handgun into the victim's back as he tried to leave the scene on his bicycle.
